Hi Greg (and everyone else who's asked about these!),
If you go to the CMAS UWH Commission web site that Graham
Henderson has set
up ( http://www.auf.org.au/),
the L1 and L2 referee manuals can be accessed
from there (under the Refs
Manuals link, funnily enough!).
Graham put these together some years ago, and although
there is some
duplication with the rules, they
(particularly the L2 manual) do contain a
bit more detail on
'interpretations', and on 'how' to referee, than the
rules do.
Please note that these have NOT been updated for some
years, and thus will
not reflect several rules
accurately! I've started the process of updating
them, but finding time is the
problem, as usual. I'm open to offers of
assistance if anyone wants to
take a section and revise it! :-)
